Last Spring my husband and I bought our first home and Sara was our realtor. She was the listing agent on the home we purchases and we decided to work with her also. I instantly liked her as soon as we met. She was warm and friendly and had a lot of experience. She was wonderful to work with and I always felt like she had our best interest in mind even though she was also the listing agent. Sara was fabulous with our home search. She was patient with not only our home requests but also our questions. As we started to see multiple houses, it became aparent that we needed to tweak our search and Sara was able to do that easily and provide suggestions. We found a house that we really like but had some drawbacks that prevented is from making an offer, instead of getting frustrated with out continual search Sara found another house very similar to the one we liked but had the updates we were looking for and in a great neighborhood that we didn't even know exsisted previously. We were notified ahead of time that the home we really loved was also a listing if Sara's. She represented the seller and our selves fairly and didn't hesitate to make sure we were fully covered with contract options I didn't even know were options. Overall, it was great working with her and she was always available to show us listing as soon as they became available.

Sara Latta-Young was wonderful to work with she sold our home on Norwich Ln in Plainfield in less then 48 hours, when we we're told by other realtors to list it for 20k less or we wouldn't be able to sell it and completed the whole process in the short time frame we required. Sara also helped our family find a new bigger home in Plano,IL fast and made sure we closed on the sale and purchase of both homes on the same day. We couldn't of asked for a better realtor to work with, she respond asap to any questions or concerns I had through the whole process, and I had a lot of them I am a worry wart lol ( she also had no issues with our six kids being around for a lot of the process!!)
