Starlight Coffee Co. isn't your typical coffee shop. Instead of a storefront, they operate out of a beautifully restored mobile coffee trailer, creating a cozy coffee experience wherever they pop up. The moment we walked up, we were greeted by friendly faces, charming handwritten menus, and the smell of freshly brewed coffee. 🚐☕✨
