We followed the scent of sizzling sausage and buttery pierogies right into this week's Young's Yums stop — and let's just say... we found the black sheep of our foodie dreams! 😍 🙌

Located in Crest Hill and freshly opened, Black Sheep Polish American Craft Kitchen brings a cozy vibe and comfort food that hits all the right notes. 🎶 Think homestyle favorites with a creative twist and flavor combos that'll make you want to lick the plate clean (no judgment here) 😋

Here's what we tried — and LOVED:

🥟 Pierogies – Golden, pan-fried perfection, topped with sweet onions and served with sour cream. Classic, comforting, and oh-so-satisfying.

🌭 Polish Sausage – Juicy, grilled, and nestled in a buttery bun with mustard + onions. This one's a must for sausage fans.🔥

🍔 Smash Burger – Melted cheese, crisp lettuce, tomato, and the perfect sear on a soft bun. Juicy, flavorful, and crave-worthy.

🥙 Polish Gyro – A fun twist on the classic! It is totally unique and totally delicious. 👏

Everyone there was super friendly — we felt like we walked into someone's home kitchen (if their home kitchen had pierogi on tap and a design magazine aesthetic 🎨)
